By accessing or using the SkedAI platform ("Service"), including the website at skedai.net, the dashboard at app.skedai.net, and any associated APIs or integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and SkedAI ("we", "us", or "our").
SkedAI provides an AI-powered messaging platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Email. The Service includes:

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), email providers, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
When you connect a third-party account (such as an Instagram Business account or a WhatsApp Business number), you authorise SkedAI to access and use the data necessary to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all content and data you submit through the Service ("Your Data"). You grant SkedAI a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Your Data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed quarterly in advance. Pricing details are available on our website or upon request.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of SkedAI and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate; you are responsible for reviewing and approving content sent to your customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkedAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SkedAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkedAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data within 30 days of termination, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
